v3rgEz writes "The sheriff in Mesa County, CO is one of the few law enforcement agencies in the country authorized to use drones in the field, documents indicate, and the local police is making full use of the capability. The documents, the result of a EFF/MuckRock FOIA request, shed further light on how one of the early pioneers of drone policing is integrating man and robot on the beat."
