schneidafunk (795759) writes "In what seems to be an effort to curb time spent on outrageous petitions, the White House late Tuesday quadrupled the signature threshold for "We the People" petitions to 100,000."

and soon the number will be raised to about 70 million. The web reminds me: There are 63 million registered Democrats, 47 million registered Republicans, and 32 million registered as independents.
