Seven years on and you would expect Nintendo to have moved on. But it hasn't. It's successor console the Wii U is failing, and failing badly. In the three months to the end of June it sold just 160,000 units — down 50% on the previous quarter's sales — but more worryingly, this was 50,000 less than sales of the seven year old Wii."
