NJ Court Rules Both Sides of Text Conversation Liable in Accident

C0R1D4N (970153) writes "Although dismissing the case the ruling was relevant to, an NJ Appeals Court ruled that both sides of a texting conversation which resulted in a car accident could be held liable. So long as the nondriver was aware the other texter was currently driving."
