rjmarvin (3001897) writes "A leaked internal email sent by Google researcher Mark Miller in 2010 reveals a two-pronged strategy to replace the "fundamentally flawed" JavaScript with Google's own programming language, Google Dash, commonly known now as Dart The lengthy email lays out Google's goal of trying to improve JavaScript, while ultimately supplanting it with Dash as "the lingua franca of Web development on the open Web platform.”"
