Skinned like OS X, smells like Linux (1)

Those images appear to take the "general" GUI of OS X and map it onto a Linux windowing interface; none of the elements line up or blend like OS X -- instead, it looks like Qt or Java software looks that's using an Aqua skin. I think all of those elements (other than the red star icon and the date hack) are actually already available as Linux GUI addons. Anyone care to identify which OSS packages they're using here?
