Inventors try one disc for two new DVD formats

WebHostingGuy writes "Three Warner Brother Employess may have ended the HD/Blue-Ray format war by filing for a patent which allows the use of one disc for a CD, HD-DVD and Blue-Ray. From the article:

"The "multilayer dual optical disk" would have one layer of data in the standard CD or DVD format, a second layer able to play one high-capacity format and a third layer for the competing high-capacity format y using reflective films and reading which layer is required for playing the disc.""
