whoever57 (658626) writes "Ed Felton is showing a scan of the summary from a Sequoia voting machine used in New Jersey where the vote tallies don't add up — the total number of Republican ballots does not match the number of votes cast in the Republican primary and the total number of Democratic ballots does not match the number of votes cast in the Democratic primary. He sasys that he has other examples that he will show later."

At first glance, that might seem odd, even very odd. However it is possible that a voter did not mark/make a vote for a particular race and thus the ballots to votes would not match.

I'll have to look at the report to see if he took this into account.
