ukyoCE (106879) writes "I received a short e-mail from Netflix indicating they are reversing course and keeping their Profiles feature. Two weeks ago Netflix announced they were removing this feature, and Slashdot commenters were among those threatening to cancel if they couldn't keep separate movie queues for each family member. This is the main text of the e-mail: "You spoke, and we listened. We are keeping Profiles. Thank you for all the calls and emails telling us how important Profiles are." The netflix website does not yet list this update."
