I found a cool site on CSS layouts the other day: CSS Layout Techniques: for Fun and Profit

It is sweet. Say goodbye to those ugly nested layout tables! When done right, CSS layout techniques will let you create sites that look better and are easier to maintain than old-style sites. Lynx users will be able to read your page, and a little javascript (kept optional) can make some fancy-shmancy menus work like magic.
