I have received over $1,000 in class action lawsuits. For me, the big payouts occurred when very few persons joined the class because no notice was given to anyone of those affected that a class action lawsuit even existed.

Netflix was taking more than a week to deliver my DVDs. i.e. if I returned a DVD on Saturday I would not obtain the replacement DVD by the next weekend. I live about 25 miles from the Netflix distribution centre.

I who prefer if gmail automatically and transparently encrypted all email. But, of course, Google would never do such a thing because Google wants to read all of your email. (and then forward a copy to the NSA)

BTW. You can not report linkedin spam using spamcop. Spamcop will not send a complaint because linkedin's hosting service "does not want to receive any spam complaints about linkedin".
