Yes, you are correct. When I worked for a bank as a programmer in the early 90's I had to go through the same thing. We were also all "officers of the bank" mostly meaning that any potential wrongdoing on our part was covered by insurance.

Okay. I posted something that ended the karma fast. I didn't mean to. It was 3 deep in a thread and still got modded. Oh well. Here's the comment.

I've decide to go on a karma fast. See, the idea is to post as always but do it in non-karma places.

First, I think I'm going to try on the front page but as a response several levels deep.

That is, of course, assuming I post. It sorta comes and goes with me.
