Writer: Internet Comments Belong On Personal Blogs, Not News Sites

Hsien-Ko Never read the comments anyway (298 comments)

When I have interest in an article of news, it's certainly not for the gratuitously added comments section below it. I never had the desire to.

It's just webmaster feature creep at that point.

I'm waiting for the obligatory nutcase to drop an insane "human eye can't see more than 30fps" comment.

The Simultaneous Rise and Decline of Battlefield

Hsien-Ko Re:Doesn't matter... (208 comments)

It isn't, but sadly this kind of attitude is still reality, especially after those crappy Titanfall/WAtch_Dogs ports which only amplifies this fanboyism further.

The Simultaneous Rise and Decline of Battlefield

Hsien-Ko Re:Doesn't matter... (208 comments)

The non modern warfare game's you mention did not get a hi score in game informer. You say your a gamer and u have better first person shooter's... proof it

I bet your not playing it on a xbox 360 which is 3 times more powerful then the current pc so you're argument is invalid.

Plus there's a handy 'resynthesize' plugin for Gimp that is pretty much this Content-Aware fill. Heal selection is handy.

Hsien-Ko Re:Web audio? (173 comments)

IE always had supported those via ActiveX. Netscape had a npplay plugin for it also.

Bug In DOS-Based Voting Machines Disrupts Belgian Election

Hsien-Ko Re:It's a software bug, hardware unrelated (193 comments)

I guess their next 'logical' step is to upgrade to Windows XP

and then use the same software in the DOSBox emulator

and then complain on the DOSBox forum that it doesn't work, among the sea of other overentitled 'IT pros' that demand a gaming emulator to fit critical application usage

It's Time For the Descent Games Return

Hsien-Ko Re:Original Quake too (251 comments)

I do believe this was the only game that ever got 3d acceleration on the Virge..

A special S3D Win32 version of Destruction Derby should also be available with your Stealth 3D 2000 pack-in.

Terminal Velocity is another that supported S3D.

Street Fighter IV announced
