Male Brains 'Wired for Videogame Obsession'

HyperbolicParabaloid Bogus science (125 comments)

Totally bogus: a study of 11 males and 11 females is not nearly adequate to make any generalizations about the population.

HyperbolicParabaloid (220184) writes "The New York Times has a story about a paper published by John F. Duffy of George Washington University Law School. According to the Times, "He has discovered a constitutional flaw in the appointment process over the last eight years for judges who decide patent appeals and disputes, and his short paper documenting the problem seems poised to undo thousands of patent decisions concerning claims worth billions of dollars."

I'd hate to be the clerk who drafted that legislation!"
