How often do friends/family call you for tech support?

Mage Powers Re: 1st VOTE AND 1st post (255 comments)

The html design assumes it won't be 100% so text saying how many votes is jammed in between the colored part of bar and 100%

Ask Slashdot: Worst Computer Scene In TV or Movies?

Mage Powers Re:Remake of Knight Rider (1200 comments)

The guy does the driving in the series, but I liked the first half of the pilot better than a good chunk of the series. They should have paired the girl up with the car and just ignored the guy.

75% of Linux Code Now Written By Paid Developers

Mage Powers Re:What about Google? (368 comments)

Google does that summer of code thing, and they spend a fair amount of cash on it too.

SFLC Sues 14 Companies For BusyBox GPL Violations

Mage Powers Re:Got an e-mail from the SFLC this morning (309 comments)

Unless linking people to can be proven to meet the requirements of "making available" I'd avoid using busybox for anything I plan to distribute. Hopefully they're not just suing for mirrors, asking would be less effort ;)
