Calif. DMV Back-Pedals On Commercial-Plate Mandate For Ride-Share Drivers

Stan92057 Why is the DMV kowtowing to a commercial business? (209 comments)

Why is the DMV kowtowing to a commercial business? If this was in my state i would be raising hell. Sorry, i am not in uber corner here. Name some or any business that doesn't require a License when dealing with the public. I cant think of any, be it a plumber to an insurance salesperson. Uber is no different, we don't need MORE corporations getting out of paying there fair-share in taxes, fees. umber doesn't need loopholes in car repairs and proof of commercial passenger service insurance. Im betting the Auto insurance industry would have some hefty insurance premiums to those they find out are using there personal non commercial cars for commercial passenger service vehicles.

UK Arrest Over Xbox Live and Playstation Network Outages

Stan92057 Re:My Ideas to help stop this kinda attack. (86 comments)

I say ISP because they have the technology, the tools, the money, the time, as apposed to say me who don't have the knowledge, money, time. They will save billions if they clean up the abusers and unsuspecting victims. 200,000,00 drone PCs use alot of bandwidth that's will be a direct savings to all ISPs so ya don't have to worry your stock will remain high as well as your profits. Everyone will win.

Stan92057 Re: 90 days to fix (129 comments)

umm why would it be his responsibility to take interest? Since hes a slave, underpaid, unmotivated coder, doesn't he have to be told what bugs to fix by some corporate overpaid, under motivated, drone MS manager?

Google Researcher Publishes Unpatched Windows 8.1 Security Vulnerability

Stan92057 Re:90 days to fix (129 comments)

Really? They had 90 days to fix this. That is plenty of time.

Really? says who? YOU? Anonymous coward says so?

I just thinking out loud here but if everyones PC gets infected by someone using the knowledge given by this asshole, everyone who gets exploited and has there credit card exploited or there debit cards exploited PC exploited should sue Google. Its not thee right to make Windows/any OS users open to scum criminal hackers. IMO this is nothing more then criminal blackmail. they cant beat MS with an open market so they help hackers take them down.

UK Arrest Over Xbox Live and Playstation Network Outages

Stan92057 My Ideas to help stop this kinda attack. (86 comments)

My Ideas to help stop this kinda attack.

Identify as many infected computers as they can and block each and every one of the PCs,cellphone, servers whatever at the ISP level. We all cry we want an open internet but that is impossible if people are allowed to run infected PCs for theses scum criminals to use at will. No more blame game no more OS wars. PC owners have to be more responsible, no PC should be connected to the internet without a firewall and antivirus/malware software period end of story. I sure as hell would want to know if my PC is being used without my knowledge and im betting a few billion of my internet friends think the same as i do. Funny they don't bat an eye to spy on us, to collect all the data they can dig up to make mint for advertising. they know damn well whose PCs are infected and being used as bots.

UK Arrest Over Xbox Live and Playstation Network Outages

Stan92057 Re:Shouldn't this be a civil case? (86 comments)

Comon man what do you expect people to say to you? You live a sheltered life? are you 10 years old? Why would you not know its against the law to do network attacks? Or its ok because its a corporation you don't like? Hell they could be using YOUR or one of your family members PC to help in the attack.

UK Arrest Over Xbox Live and Playstation Network Outages

Stan92057 Re:Shouldn't this be a civil case? (86 comments)

So, in your thinking, a shoplifter being arrested is an action to protect the corporation that 1 makes the item, and 2 the corporation selling the item. Not one of enforcing the law? lol com on man......and if you block customers from entering any place of business you will get arrested. And if you decide to play superman and say nope your not arresting me,they will use whatever force necessary to arrest you.So you had better be in shape and be able to hold your breath for longer then 10 seconds. what makes you think otherwise?

And Sony, MS might have a civil case as well as the criminal but like you im no lawyer so time will tell.

Google and Apple Weaseling Out of "Do Not Track"

Stan92057 As long as its not enforceable by law (145 comments)

As long as its not enforceable by law the DNT option is 100% untrustworthy. Do you think our government officials will make it a law?? HAHAH look how long it took for them to put the hammer down on telemarketers. They allow them to spy on us, collecting the very same data the cops would need a warrant for. Nope our Government is bought and paid for by theses corporations we are screwed.

13,000 Passwords, Usernames Leaked For Major Commerce, Porn Sites

Stan92057 Re: This is MY suggestion on how to start to fix t (149 comments)

no that's not what i am saying. I am saying hackers are the problem, greedy corporations are at fault and last but not least Our elected officials. I don't expect anyone to use or not use a CC for the reasons i don't use them. You don't like my opinion, fine that's life but don't tell me its MY fault my money was stolen because i choose to use my debit cards. That,s just the same as blaming someone for getting mugged but hay its there fault they shouldn't have had cash on them right?
