I guess using the bathroom isn't being 100% efficient either. Neither are coffee breaks, smoke breaks, talking to a co-worker, drinking some water or doing some research/checking web dev news that is related to your job. There is no way they can ever get a person to be 100% efficient, I think Paul Graham was right about some of these stories in the media (like how "suits are back") are nothing but propoganda to try to influence the work environment.

Django Dude writes "With all the other more popular web programming languages out there, I wonder why people still use Coldfusion. Even though Adobe has now embraced it (after merging with Macomedia), the only main site I've heard of that uses it is MySpace. Out of all the web programming languages out there, it's the most expensive, doesn't have a good community of open source code, isn't taught in schools and its <CF___> HTML-like tags for coding are hard to read."
