Website Calls Out Authors of Racist Anti-Obama Posts

akma Hrm (423 comments)

I'd think it cool if they were equal in coverage and also pointed out the racists on the other side of the race and/or political spectrum as well. They are there....just conveniently ignored usually.

Geomapping Racism With Twitter

Did they only map white racists, or others as well? Such as those threatening violence against whites if Obama lost?

akma Re:just to preempt all of the idiots (1208 comments)

Tolerance and acceptance are not the same. You can dislike something or someone, be tolerant of it/them, yet not truly be accepting of it/them.

Feds Return Mistakenly Seized Domain

akma Re:What happened to innocent until proven guilty? (243 comments)

There is truly no such thing as personal property anyway.... particularly real estate. Fail to pay property tax and you'll be out on the street same as if you fail to pay rent. They may call it something different, but it is the same in effect and result: don't pay your rent, out you go.

WikiLeaks Nominated For 2011 Nobel Peace Prize

akma Re:Century (495 comments)

What you have said is true. On the other hand, this latest nomination brings the award renewed credibility.

They gave it to the head of a terrorist organization: Yassir Arafat...... they have no credibility, and will never gain any until they revoke his.

akma Re:It's all stupid, and for stupid reasons (578 comments)

If only we could do the same type things in other ways to people from other countries. I'd love to put up "no foriegner" signs in a few places like in Japan for example.
