Can the ObamaCare Enrollment Numbers Be Believed?

drainbramage Re:Fuck Obamacare (721 comments)

You really think Patty Murry, Maria Cantwell, Jim McDermott and so on are 'actively fighting ACA'?
Good for you.

You live in an amazing place compared to WA or even OR..
I am curious, did you accidentally omit mentioning a subsidy you 'earned' that I do not have available?

Double Take: Condoleezza Rice As Dropbox's Newest Board Member

drainbramage Re:Chappelle said it nicely (313 comments)

Nothing more hated then a self made very successful minority.
Demonstrating that the government doesn't have to give a minority special help and a free pass is strictly forbidden.
When liberals stop owning and grooming minorities to keep them beholden to the master government is when we will see true freedom, not doublespeak.

Was it because you are a silly twit, a racist, a misogynist, or a super combo narrow minded lemming?

Superheated gases?
Thought is was called plasma, no?
Watch a video of a Sprint missile launch from the mid 1970's..
That little beast went from 0 to Mach 10 in about 5 seconds.

How Cochlear Implants Are Being Blamed For Killing Deaf Culture

drainbramage Re:Let it die (509 comments)

Were you going to contrast American culture with some other nation?
Perhaps Japan, France, Germany, South Africa, UAE?
I have experienced things that suggest the problem is bigger and older than American culture.

Under the Chassis: A Look At Tesla's Battery Shield

drainbramage Re:Problems? (152 comments)

You have a bias-ply mind in a radial world.
Perhaps I missed all the 'right wing news outlets' hammering Tesla.
Was it ABC? CBS? CNN? Comedt Central? MSNBC? MTV? NBC? NPR?
Well, let me know because I can't monitor them all by myself.
You make a list and wheel (see what I did there) run those rascals down like the rabid chipmunks they are.

Take a look, they are ALL "High Deductible" now, at least for what I was given to choose from.

Tesla Model S Gets Titanium Underbody Shield, Aluminum Deflector Plates

drainbramage Re:Fitted because they were needed! (314 comments)

I remember the ad, and quite some time later the reality.
The Volvo(s) had help.
From a quick google search:
1971 Volvo print ad emphasizing roof strength. Called "Stacking," the ad showed six Volvo 144s stacked atop a seventh. They were real Volvos, but the impressive stack had help. Each of the six stacked cars rested in a wooden cradle that evenly distributed its weight across the top of the car immediately beneath--and also helped keep the stack from toppling over and ruining some hapless photographer‘s day.

In their defense, they already have 'evidence' from the IRS that those Tea Party groups are a bunch of anti-government terrorists representing a greater danger than any previously discovered. They are like a nuke in New Yark.

Can you Eliza (or Siri) Robocallers?

drainbramage drainbramage writes  |  more than 2 years ago

drainbramage (588291) writes "I'm sick of those robocalls trying to get personal info. They ignore the do-not-call list and my requests to not call me.
I have begun to waste their time by coming up with random questions, but this also wastes my time.
Why can't something like Elica (or Siri) be interfaced to my phone?
Anyone using their Linux box as a phone answering machine have an idea?"
