Google Confirms Intent To Bid for 700MHz Spectrum

Actually, in my experience, price does matter but other factors are considered when awarding a federal contract (such as your team, their experience and skills, your company's past experience completing similar tasks, and it always helps if you have an ex-fed on your staff).

mcho writes "This week has a cascade of new announcements on the Official Google Blog about new features on many of their products. But one of the surprisingly more useful features is the "Click to Call" within Google Maps.
Here's how it works: Search for a business, like a hardware store, on Google Maps, and click the 'call' link next to its phone number. Then, enter your phone number and click 'Connect For free.' Google calls your phone number and automatically connects you to the hardware store.

This is a under-hyped feature that a lot of users will find really useful."
