Any source backing up the claim that it came from Russia just prior to being fired? Otherwise how can you say it's heading "back" towards Russia?

pjh3000 False (122 comments)

They're not pulling any app or email service, they're stopping development on a standalone Gmail app for BlackBerry, You can already get Gmail in the standard mail app and will continue to be able to do so.

RIM Struggles Continue

pjh3000 RIM is still golden (197 comments)

It's just a transition period for RIM. They have a diverse portfolio and deep pockets along with a huge stable of talent. I think they're just being slammed in the American media because they're a successful Canadian company that can go toe to toe with Google and Apple.

Backdoor Trojan For Windows Ported To Mac OS

pjh3000 Re:It was just a matter of time (263 comments)

The average Windows user doesn't know how to run as Admin in Windows 7. The Admin account is hidden by default. Oh, you didn't know that? And the backwards compatibility you speak of is only in the Pro version, not the Home version. Face it, you don't actually have a point to make, you just wanted to bash Windows. Is this typical of Mac Users?

RIM debuts screenless BlackBerry

pjh3000 pjh3000 writes  |  more than 3 years ago

pjh3000 (583652) writes ""We know our strengths & our strengths are email and our keyboard," said RIM designer Elliot Pouce at the press launch for the company's new mobile phone, the Dauntless. "This whole touchscreen thing is a fad. In fact, the whole screen thing is a fad." The Dauntless eliminates the need for a screen by having haptic response built into the keyboard each keystroke is confirmed using Morse code-patterned vibrations."
