And they have no idea they are using it and have no direct interaction with the OS or it's file system. We are talking about actively used computers, mainly desktops/laptops.

I have a 4S and use the same amount of data as I did with my 3G, which isn't much at all. Less than a gig per month.

I do use Siri as well, mostly when driving.

Honestly, very few. If it works and it will boot, most people toss it in a dresser drawer and forget about it. In fact, I don't know anyone who throws away cellphones if they still work, and I don't really hang around gadget geeks.

Open Letter By Eric S. Raymond To Chris Dodd

schnikies79 Re:To Which the Reaction Will Be (410 comments)

Yes, lets ask them how knocking out a webpage really hurts the organization. Do they think that the FBI and MasterCard are even inconvenienced when their website is shut down? It's the equivalent of defacing a billboard.

If that's all they can do, they need to reconsider why they exist.

The Vista system will be available to consumers at the end of the month. However, in an interview with The Times, one of its chief architects said that because of anti-piracy protection granted to the Hollywood studios, Vista would not play HD-DVD and Blu-ray Discs on certain PCs."
