Apple Sued Over Fundamental iTunes Model

You are correct as long as your device "laptop/handheld computer" syncs web pages for you to look at them later, off line. Since I don't think they are talking about live streaming. Of course I haven't looked too closely at the patent either. Maybe they cover that too.

stoney27 writes "CNN is reporting that Apple has recalled 1.1 million laptop batteries. A quick search of the Apple site has no mention of which batteries Sony made. But this seems reasonable since Dell just did the same thing with it's batteries that Sony made. -S"
