Your fans are not watching LPs. If they are the game's fans then they are playing the game themselves. People watch LPs for that specific person that they love. They are the LPer's fans, not yours. Your game is just a tool for the comedic effects.
If I made a home video of my family playing Scrabble and it becomes popular on YouTube, do you think Hasbro should be paid? No. People watch because my family is funny not because they want to watch someone play Scrabble.
Only one of the two were fired. The person who was offended was also fired.
But really if she had just said something to them quietly no one would have been fired. But she had to take it to crowds of people who weren't even there.
If the shoes you bought were subsidized with taxpayer money would you still feel right about it? What if you go get free food from the homeless shelter and then turn around and sell it for profit?
A lot of countries subsidize textbooks so they cost next to nothing for the general public. This guy is profiting off of public good will.
It does have its own RSS folder by default...
On top of that you can set up incoming rules to auto sort them (mail too not just RSS) into folders, tag them, mark as read, or just about anything.
I don't know about "simulating properly" when you lose connection to the server. Plenty of people have noticed traffic acting wonky, every single bus lining up to pick up a single passenger, every fire truck going to a single fire when there're other fires in the city, etc. These problems didn't exist during beta.
It's very probable that when the game loses internet connection or when the server is overloaded, the game simply fall back on a "dumb" AI. While this might work for the few minutes the connection is down, in the long term your city will suffer from so much traffic problems it just dies.
If you want an example... Diablo 3 is exactly the same way. There has yet to be a working emulator that has working quests and mobs for Diablo 3 released to the public.
There are a couple private servers out there but... if you'd still need an internet connection to connect to the private server then you might as well play on the official blizzard server.
